The Village apartments will feature keyless entry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, front load washer/dryer, and outdoor storage
The Village will begin to offer move ins in 2024- the buildings will be completed in a phased approach.
Yes, The Village will offer ample lot parking spaces. Residents will be provided a parking permit with a two vehicle per resident limit.
Sandstone Court will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment.
For your convenience, Sandstone Place has on-site maintenance during office hours, and offers 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).
Residents are encouraged to place work orders immediately as they occur. Work orders can be conveniently submitted through the resident portal.
Sandstone Place does not offer after hours lock out assistance. Resident must contact a lock smith.
Sandstone offers a variety of amenities including: a park, bark park, pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facility with 24-hour key entry, 24-hour fitness center, code entry access, courtesy weekly pest control upon request, and resident portal for convenience.
Sandstone Place has permit parking for residents and additional parking available for guests. You may also rent a covered carport space for a monthly fee.
The pool is generally available for use Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
Sandstone is a pet friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact the office for more details.
Standard appliances in every unit is a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
Sandstone Court does not offer furnished apartments at this time, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms, that offers furnished apartments.
We generally ask that you allow us 24-48 hours to complete an application. This time frame can vary pending how quickly verifications are completed and returned.
For your convenience, Sandstone Court offers the ability to pay rent and/or other fees online via resident portal (ACH, debit/credit, & autopay) and in person.
Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.
Cable/internet provider for Sandstone Court is Comcast/Xfinity.
In the event that a resident is unable to complete the agreed lease term, there is an option to break/terminate the lease. Please contact the office for more details.
Resident is responsible for water/sewer, electric, gas* in select units. Trash is included.
To have utilities connected, please contact Duke Energy (800-521-2232) for electric services. Additional providers are based on residents personal choosing (i.e. Comcast/Xfinity).
No, the minimum term we offer is six months.
IndyGo public bus transportation service is available at the Madison Ave & County Line Road intersection, within walking distance from Sandstone Court.
Sandstone Court is in the Pleasant Township & Greenwood Community School District: Northeast (elementary school), Greenwood (middle school), & Greenwood (high school).
Sandstone is located off County Line Road and Old Meridian Street, 5 Light intersections West of I-65, take a left onto Old Meridian Street, Sandstone Court will be on the right.
